www.schlüsselblumen.de wants to create mini biotopes in the city.
The aim is that everyone without any horticultural knowledge, can become an urban farmer and build his own small farm on a balcony or terrace. In a pilot project at various locations, we would like to see whether the use in practice is ok, the soil is suitable, and if germination and growth of the plants works.

That is why the www.schlüsselblumen.de team is looking for committed urban farmers for the upcoming planting and harvest season (February 2017- October 2017) who are happy to have and manage a natural planting container with selected plants on their balcony, courtyard, terrace or garden. Primrose, marigold, aniseed, fennel, nasturtium, lemon balm, chamomile, rosemary, peppermint, marjoram, thyme and sage are also therapeutically effective as tea for the throat and nose.

The natural, hand-made plant box with natural  soil substrate, organic seeds as well as instructions for cultivation and harvest costs 205 €, all inclusive.
