Bath yourself healthy!

The weekend is approaching and it is supposed to be cold too. Have you got a cold or would you like to prevent one? Then a warm bath is very relaxing and helpful. Especially if you take one with which you can selectively act against troublesome symptoms, such as a cough or a runny nose.
We recommend a Pinimenthol bath: it contains a lot of essential oils like eucalyptus, menthol and camphor which frees the airways, stops the cough and loosens mucus. The essential oils are inhaled during your bath and are absorbed through the skin.
Our tip: have a bath preferably in the evening before you go to bed. You sleep better and your body can activate its self-healing powers. The temperature of the bath should be between 36°- 38° and not lasting more than 20 minutes. Please do not have a bath if you have a temperature of more than 38.5°! After your bath, rub yourself dry and get into a warm bed. Hot flushes or slight sweating are normal and speed recovery.
